I am a designer, creator, artist…and I really want to leave this planet better than I found it.

I created Verdiant to be able to bring a wide array of skills I’ve gained over 25 years to organizations that want to grow. I created, designed and launched The F-Gap, Verdiant’s way of closing the fulfillment gap — we use AI and personalized roadmaps to help people and organizations align what they do with what truly matters, driving engagement and future-ready careers..

In addition to a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design from Florida State University, I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a SCRUM Master and I earned my certificate in Sustainable Value Creation from Villanova University’s Sustainable Enterprise Executive Education & Development Program in January of 2024. Most recently, I completed AI and Product Innovation coursework through MIT’s Professional Education program, enhancing my knowledge, skills base and network in all things AI + Innovation.

I’ve worked in theatre production. I’ve played in bands. I’ve done startups and worked my way up in corporate America and left while I still had the time and energy (and soul) to do more. I have expertise in AI, Data Science, ESG, Metrics, Operations, Sales, Training, Talent Development, and Non-Profit Management.
